Quiet Sound will implement voluntary shipping noise-reduction initiatives and monitoring programs in the Puget Sound, in coordination with Canadian and United States authorities.

Partners & Advisors provide specific specialist advice and subject matter expertise in the development and execution of research, mitigation and management projects, and initiatives aimed at reducing threats to Southern Resident Killer Whales from large commercial vessels. Quiet Sound and the leadership committee will seek advice and perspectives from a diversity of subject matter experts to solve complex problems with practical solutions.
